- "Be joyful always, pray without ceasing & in all things give thanks." As the mother of two daughters and five sons I have come to know that verse well. My husband and I reside at our home called Shiloh on Smith Mt Lake in Moneta, Va. The day we closed on this property I knelt by a tree asking God to not let a day pass that we didn't use it for His glory. He continues to take us out of our comfort zone into various areas of ministry that bless us beyond belief. The daily "evotional" as one of my readers calls "Boojoyful" came about when my mother was dying of cancer. Each day I would come home from the hospital & email family & friends about how the day had gone. I shared how blown away I was by the scripture verse & quote on my calendar. God would give me the encouragement from those words to match what I would encounter each day. When Mama died, I stopped emailing. People began writing back asking me to continue, because God had used it to get them through a rough day. 2010 is the 10th anniversary of Boojoyful. Thank you for being my accountablity partners and keeping me in the Word daily.
